Type of classes
In these public classes, we focus on developing and cultivating mindfulness through the exploration of conscious breathing, movement and body alignment. You will experience and acquire a greater sense of self awareness, strength, flexibility, balance and focus. Each class is an invitation to contemplate and reflect on a life or yogic philosophy inspired theme. Be aware, there is a high probability for you to walk out with a big smile on your face, feeling revitalised and beyoutifully relaxed!
Who are these classes designed for?
Classes are open to all levels of yoga experience and to all ages. If you are new to yoga, please consider starting with a beginner course or a series of private tuitions prior to your first visit. It will ensure a safer practice, increased benefits and will provide you with solid foundations to pursue your yoga journey.
How can I participate in a class?
If you are not a club member, casual attendance is welcome and can be organised through reception directly.
